Scraped myself together for a run before my first marathon training clinic. Ran along the Keystone so it was flat. I tried to pick it up as I went. Was at 7:14 after a mile, 7:08 after two miles, and 7:02 after three miles.

Boy was lactic acid building up. I ran from Peak Performance immediately before the marathon clinic which means that when I got back I sat for an hour. After a lactic acid run!
