Chuck - 8.4 / 7:59
What I wouldn't do for a run that felt good. This one was a struggle from the start, yet from the 2 1/2 mile mark until the end I was able to keep my average pace between 7:58 and 8:02 the whole time. Of course, there were no hills from that point forward as I took the Keystone trail all the way to Elmwood Park.
Nearly 80 when I started to run at 7:15 p.m!
I anticipate running 400 miles prior to the Lincoln Half, compared to 250 last year. Plus, those 250 were mostly treadmill miles, while this year has been almost all outside.

Like I didn't notice the exact doubling of my run. Show off.
I added a link to my Europe blog on the right hand side.

So if I run the same distance, I'm chastized; if I double the distance, I'm chastized.
I like my quote of January 27, "my first long run" was 6.6 miles on a Saturday. Now 8.4 is done after work.
