Chuck - 4.25 / 7:10

Was on my way to the bar for St. Paddy's Day and March Madness, but I just couldn't go three straight days without running.

Tried to run my Elmwood run a little harder. Was at a 7:00 pace through 3 miles but just couldn't hold it.
